摘要
重型钢吊车梁长期承受动荷载易产生疲劳损伤,传统焊接修复存在热影响区问题。本文针对 3 组不同损伤程度的 Q690 高强钢吊车梁试件,采用 CFRP 粘结加固技术开展疲劳性能试验,研究加固前后吊车梁的疲劳寿命、裂纹扩展速率及残余承载力变化。结果表明:CFRP 加固可显著提升预损伤吊车梁疲劳寿命,对轻度损伤试件提升幅度达180%;加固效果随损伤程度增加而降低,重度损伤试件建议直接更换;提出的 CFRP 加固设计参数可为工程实际提供参考。
Abstract
Heavy‑duty steel crane girders are prone to fatigue damage under long‑term dynamic loads. Traditional welding repair has issues of heat‑affected zones. This paper conducted fatigue tests on three groups of Q690 high‑strength steel crane girder specimens with different damage levels, using CFRP bonded strengthening technology. Fatigue life, crack propagation rate and residual bearing capacity were investigated. Results show that CFRP strengthening can significantly increase fatigue life of pre‑damaged girders, with 180% improvement for lightly damaged specimens; strengthening effect decreases with increasing damage level, severely damaged specimens should be replaced directly. The proposed CFRP strengthening design parameters provide reference for engineering practice.
(一)试件设计与加载方案
设计 3 组不同预裂纹长度的 Q690 钢吊车梁试件,采用四点弯曲疲劳加载方式,模拟实际吊车运行工况;对损伤试件进行 CFRP 粘结加固,对比加固前后疲劳性能。
(二)加固效果量化分析
记录不同损伤程度试件的疲劳寿命、裂纹扩展速率,建立 CFRP 加固与疲劳寿命提升的量化关系;分析 CFRP 粘结界面应力分布,揭示加固机理。
(三)参数影响研究
研究 CFRP 层数、粘结长度、预损伤程度对加固效果的影响,确定最优加固参数组合。
